What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, IBAN (Wire transfers), Western Union, Cash by letter (if it's small order) and also Skrill is available on request.

Do I send payment before you ship the order?

Yes, we will not process your order until payment has been received.

What currency do you use?

Site has many currencies enabled like: US Dollars, EURO, GB Pounds, Russian rubles, Chinese Yuan, Japanese Yen.
Final payment will be done in USD or EUR.

What are the delivery charges?

We ship all orders by registered mail.
Shipping prices:
orders from 10,00 USD to 149,00 USD - 3,50 USD
orders from 150,00 USD and up - FREE SHIPPING

Can you deliver anywhere?

We ship to most countries in Europe, and many other selected international destinations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Europe countries: 10 - 15 business days
All other countries: 10 - 20 business days.

Can I track my delivery?

After order was paid and shipped you will receive a notification email with confirmation of shipping and information about tracking#.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

All our orders are shipped without declared value so almost in most cases buyers don't pay custom and import fees.


Refunds and Exchanges

How do I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Refund or exchange can be made only it there is a problem with purchased products (Wrong, damaged of missing a part of item).
Before returning an item for refund please contact us by e-mail : sales@intfila.com. You can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be wrapped securely and send it back to our address.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

If you are returning an item(s) to us for a refund or an exchange then the cost of returning is your responsibility.

How long will it take for you to refund me?

Refunds are usually processed within three to five days after the goods are received back. Sometimes may take longer if products for exchange are not available in stock.
We will email you to confirm a refund/exhange has been made.


Making an Order

How do I place an order?

Placing an order on Intfila.com is very easy.
First you need to register an account.
You can then browse stamps by categories and countries using left navigation panel.
If you like an item just click on "BUY" button and it will be added to CART. You can anytime to edit quantities of selected items by going to CART page (find the link on top of the page).
After you decided what you want to buy, go to CHECKOUT page and finish your order by completing shipping address and selecting prefered payment method.
You can then place your order and continue to payment.

Can I change my order?

This will depend on the status of your order. Please send us an email at: sales@intfila.com stating your order number and what you would like to be changed and we will confirm if the changes can be made.

Can I cancel my order?

This depends how far your order is currently in the system. If your order was placed but not paid you can still cancel it.

We usually buy stamps directly from their country of origin so they are 100% authentic.

Problem with checkout?

Intfila.com is committed to the highest levels of consumer protection. However, the technology we use to create your shopping bag (cookies, JavaScript, etc), can sometimes be misclassified by your security software as a threat. Intfila.com do not employ any technology that can harm your computer. If you experience difficulties adding items to your shopping bag or using our checkout, please adjust your security settings (see below).
In Internet Explorer, setting the privacy setting (under Tools > Internet Options... > Security) to "Very High" or "Highest" prevents you from adding items to your shopping bag. The highest setting you can shop with is "Medium." Nearly all e-commerce sites require cookies to be set like this to function correctly.
